Cory Poccia

Founder & CEO, CS & Co. Marketing Studio™

Cory Poccia has been in the media business since 2004 — a 22-year career that started in film and music production, evolved through brand strategy and creative direction, and arrived at the place he's been building toward all along: a CTV-first agency built around the metrics his clients actually report to their boards.

He founded CS & Co. Marketing Studio™ in 2017 as a division of Mainstream Entertainment Group Inc. — initially as a video production and creative shop with deep roots in story-driven brand work. As streaming television matured into the most measurable advertising medium in history, Cory transitioned the studio's center of gravity into CTV media buying, with one non-negotiable principle: the agency's compensation would never come at the expense of its clients' performance.

That principle drove the elimination of the 15% commission, the elimination of monthly retainers, and the construction of a success-fee model that only triggers when client KPIs are independently verified. It is, by most accounts, the most aggressively client-aligned commercial model in U.S. CTV.

Cory is also a faculty member at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, where he teaches Media and Artificial Intelligence at the university level. He is one of the only practicing CTV agency founders in the United States actively teaching the convergence of streaming media, generative AI, and performance attribution to the next generation of strategists. His academic work informs the agency's methodology — and vice versa.

Outside the studio, Cory is the founder of the Entrepreneurs' Organization Accelerator Program (Long Island Chapter), where he mentors founders scaling from $250k to $1M in revenue. He is 10X Marketing Certified and a longtime Muay Thai practitioner — a discipline that, in his own words, "teaches you the difference between speed and panic." Cara is a production-seasoned still photographer & videographer with 25+ years of experience across film, television, and commercial creative work. A graduate of Emerson College, she has contributed to more than 200 film and TV projects, including productions connected to The Sopranos and the Power universe. At CS & Co., she brings a sharp visual eye to brand imagery, set photography, and creative storytelling.

Taylor brings a next-generation creative perspective to CS & Co. A graduate of LIU Post, she adds fresh thinking, cultural awareness, and creative energy to the team — helping shape content ideas, campaign direction, and visual storytelling that feels current, relevant, and built for today’s audiences.

Damian S.

Department: Post-Production (English & Spanish)

Damian is a seasoned editor from Uruguay who helps lead CS & Co.’s English- and Spanish-language creative execution. Working closely with the broader team, he edits, adapts, and versions campaign assets so creative can move across markets, audiences, and platforms with polish and precision.

Kristen T.

Department: Data & Analytics

Kristen is CS & Co.’s Data & Analytics Lead, bringing energy, clarity, and organization to the measurement side of our work. A graduate of Touro College in Bay Shore, New York, she helps translate campaign data into usable insights — supporting reporting, performance analysis, and smarter decisions across creative, media, and strategy.

Carl is CS & Co.’s AI-powered business development and strategy agent. Trained across TV strategy, CTV, performance marketing, growth planning, and campaign research, Carl helps the team pressure-test ideas, organize opportunities, and uncover smarter strategic angles before a dollar is spent. He does not replace the human team — he sharpens it.
